[WSBARP] King County Superior Court Show Cause Order

Dear Listmates:
The last time I brought a Motion to Show Cause was before the pandemic hit.  King County Superior Court Ex Parte requires that all hearings be done via Zoom.  Could one (or more) of you send me an example of an Order to Show Cause that reflects the requirement to appear for a virtual hearing by Zoom?
I just want to use something that will work.  Thanks in advance.
