[WSBARP] Comcast Dispute - Underground Utilities Act

Seeking referral for an attorney to bring a claim against a facility operator (here Comcast) under the underground utility damage prevention act for failure to respond to a locate request in a timely manner.  The suit would be combined with a defense for client having hit the Comcast line. The client is working with its insurance company on the defense but wants to take an aggressive stance with Comcast and has the financial ability to do so.
