Dear All:
On Wednesday, the Washington Department of Revenue emailed a notice that the Real Estate Excise Tax Supplemental Statement has recently been revised.  I've attached a copy of the new form.  This form can also be found at the following link:

The email from the Department of Revenue said the new form included the following verbiage: " All Grantor's (sellers) and Grantee's (buyers) must sing below."  What do we do if a grantor or grantee doesn't know how to sing?
