[WSBARP] OT-Establish Home Appliance Warranty Co.

PC has asked me if I can look into setting up an Home Appliance Warranty Co. including contracts and LLC etc.

PC has currently has an established business of selling, installing and repairing appliances in homes.

Something I haven't done in terms of the contracts for Home Appliance Warranties.

Anyone have contracts that I could look at or refer PC to someone. Thank you,
