[WSBARP] Tenant harrassment referral

[Paul Okner]

Elderly client reports harassment by landlord in the context of a renewal
(and as part of an ongoing pattern).  She's fairly desperate and needs
assistance.  I believe she has means and therefore is not a great candidate
for HJP or similar.  Anyone able to jump on a call with her this afternoon?
