[WSBARP] Client needs help with wonky foreclosure

I just got off the phone with a client in need of help quickly.
Apparently, someone has moved into her home in Duvall and started
selling her belongings.  In searching the records, it appears to have
been sold at a Trustees Sale in June.  This came as a surprise since she
hadn't received any notice, and also because she has never had a loan
with, or serviced by, US Bank.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated and will be passed on.
Bonus appreciation points if you can speak with her today.
