Are we still operating within the confines of the Court of Appeals Div 1 ruling in Sherwood Auburn v Pinzon, i.e., 30-day notice requirement for certain properties specified in the CARES Act?

I find nothing that states otherwise, but thought I should check with colleagues on this list.
