[WSBARP] Property Owner's name differs from name on deed

If her acquisition deed was incorrect, you might re-record it with the correct middle initial.
If however she simply uses a different middle initial now, then I prefer "Barbara L. who acquired title as Barbara C."
Probably more style than substance?

Listmates:

We are deeding the family home into a credit trust.  The decedent took title to her interest in the home as Barbara C.  Her ID, death certificate, Will, Letters Testamentary say her name is Barbara L.  I know this is a title company issue.  However, is it best to put in the deed, that her name is Barbara C, aka Barbara L, or Barbara L, aka/fka Barbara C?
