[WSBARP] Mortgage/Loan Re: Farm/Agriculture Land

Listmates:

Client is interested in agricultural land for personal use. Put funds down on loan.

Property is located in flood area. However, crops will produce monies to local farmers.

Is there any banks or lenders out there that do this? Anything else that I should be aware of?
