Never Mind!  PC just called back and said, in essence, "life is too short, there isn't enough money involved, and it's a 'he said, she said' type of case" so she'll just hold her nose and close escrow with her "bird in hand."

PC says her agent misrepresented PC's position to a Windermere agent on sale of property.  Also, agent overstated financial desirability of competing bid with the result that PC went with the offer from the competing offer.  PC now learns that her agent has personal animosity toward Windermere.  PC feels her agent improperly guided her towards the competing bid and away from Windermere with the result that she left money on the table.  Who can PC speak with to assess potential against agent.
