[WSBARP] Application of Applicable Federal Rate (AFR)

Thank you - I've already gone to the chart for applicable rates.  I'm just asking whether the AFR applies to seller financing where the seller and buyer are not related in a family sense.

To address another comment on this listserv, the financing is for the purchase of a small commercial building and is not residential.

I know that the AFR applies to inter-family loans.  Is there a minimum interest rate required for loans between parties who are not related?  If so, where do I find it?
