[WSBARP] RCW 24.06 (Housing Cooperative) and 64.38 or 64.90 Applicability? + Other Related Questions

Dear Brain Trust:



Question #1:  Housing Cooperative formed under RCW 24.06 in 1995.
Resultant Owner’s Association (created in 1995) has questions regarding
what statute to use to interpret budget and reserve study requirements.
Association did not adopt RCW 64.90, but it is unclear whether RCW 64.38 or
RCW 64.90 should apply to the Owner’s Association.  Any thoughts, please?



Question #2:  Anyone with experience in an owner’s association seeking to
create a fenced off-leash dog park?  Looking for potential issues and
advisable components that should be present, please.



Question #3:  Any recommendation for a company to conduct a Reserve Study
for an Owner’s Association?



Question #4:  Any recommendation for a company to conduct an ADA compliance
assessment on specific common area elements within an Owner’s Association
controlled community?
