Subject: [WSBARP] Referral for Action Against Plumber's Bond

PC had plumbing work done in commercial business but plumber tied into a plugged drain causing over $10k damage.  Local and state officials and L&I say to go against plumber's bond.  PC seeks guidance on how to do that (if that is the proper thing to do.)  Any referrals?
