[WSBARP] Need a tree law specialist --possible litigation

Shaun: I have litigated several tree falling cases.  My first advice is to contact insurers, both homeowners and the same for the one who felled the tree(s).  second would be to get a survey done to establish whose trees were felled or damaged.  I would be happy to consult and could easily visit the site soon.

I have a dear friend in Kitsap county(near Port Orchard/Bremerton) who needs an attorney specializing in tree law to represent him in potential litigation over neighbor's falling trees that caused major damage to his improvements last year. He had to rebuild this garage and when he  asked them to trim back the trees, they have refused. There appears to be some acrimony. I am slowing down my practice, and can't take this on, as this could involve litigation. I believe that my friend had retained an arborist report or is in the process of retaining one. He definitely needs a strong advocate and guidance. I will forward all referrals.
