[WSBARP] Need a tree law specialist --possible litigation

I have a dear friend in Kitsap county(near Port Orchard/Bremerton) who 
needs an attorney specializing in tree law to represent him in potential 
litigation over neighbor's falling trees that caused major damage to his 
improvements last year. He had to rebuild this garage and when he  asked 
them to trim back the trees, they have refused. There appears to be some 
acrimony. I am slowing down my practice, and can't take this on, as this 
could involve litigation. I believe that my friend had retained an 
arborist report or is in the process of retaining one. He definitely 
needs a strong advocate and guidance. I will forward all referrals.
