Hello, Listmates.

I'm not sure exactly what type of business I'm looking for reccomendations. Scenario: a client had some flooding at his business, it's been about a year now. As he nears settlement with the casualty insurance company, he'd like to have someone check the walls/drywall to see if there is any possibility that water may have done some invisible damage within them, so that he can have some peace of mind that whenever he vacates 10 years from now there isn't some damage he's on the hook for.

Anybody know an outfit that might be able to inspect and provide an assessment?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,

Dave Culbertson
