[WSBARP] Off Topic - Stale Debt

Write a letter to the lawyer who issued the writ in the first place, point out the judgment has expired, and politely ask them to stop trying to collect a stale debt.  End the letter by politely thanking them for not forcing you to explore more coercive methods of protecting your client from violations of the FDCPA.

LIstmates:

An Application for Writ of Garnishment, in a district court case, states the judgment was entered on 01-23-09.  It goes on to say an order extending judgment was filed on 02-25-19.  Doing the calculation, in my head, tells me the order extending the judgment is over a month late.  Although, in this case the application was granted, no proceeds were recovered from the garnishee.  What is the remedy to stop collection of this zombie debt?
