An Application for Writ of Garnishment, in a district court case, states the
judgment was entered on 01-23-09. It goes on to say an order extending
judgment was filed on 02-25-19. Doing the calculation, in my head, tells me
the order extending the judgment is over a month late. Although, in this
case the application was granted, no proceeds were recovered from the
garnishee. What is the remedy to stop collection of this zombie debt?
