[WSBARP] Ouster

That's interesting but I don't think there is ouster.   A no contact order
is not reciprocal.  That is even though A cannot contact B or come within a
certain distance, doesn't mean that B cannot contact A.  Though it's a
technicality, it is what I would argue in defense.
