Have any of you LL/TT practitioners experienced a Court revising or
enjoining a issued Writ under the provisions of RCW 59.18.410? It appears a
Court has unrestricted options to try and keep the tenant in the place.
Have any of you tried, for the LL, using the "Notice of Default for Rent
and/or Payment Plan Ordered by Court" under .410(3)C(iii)(B)? I wonder how
other courts interpret this provision.
