Subject: Skagit County Land Use Referral

 

Potential client needs a consultation on what can be done on his 7+ acre lot
in Anacortes, Skagit County.  Government is telling him he can't do anything
(even cut trees) because it's in "Open Space Protection" BUT prior to buying
the lot, he was told (and he has the emails) that he could build a
garage/pole barn, etc.  I just don't have the band width to take this on.
Need referral for someone close to Anacortes/Skagit County comfortable with
land use issues.
