[WSBARP] Agent's Standing to Bring UDA/Ejectment Action

Listmates,

 

Defendants assert that two agents, under a valid Durable Power of Attorney,
lack standing to bring a UDA.  The DPOA specifically authorizes the agents
to participate in any legal proceeding in the Principals name.  RCW
11.125.270(5)(b) appears to give that same authority to recover property.
However, I can find no case law on point.  Have any of you dealt with this
issue before?
