[WSBARP] Procedure Advice

Hi Spencer,

I guarantee you that Pierce, King, Snohomish and Kitsap counties will all
reject an unredacted document.  ... but I also think they have a
competition between them to see which county can reject the most
submissions for recording. (J/K)
