I have recorded multiple parcels on one deed in Jefferson County on a number of occasions.  If they try to reject it, speak with a manager.

Before I call the Jefferson County Auditor’s office, and raise my blood pressure several notches, does anyone know, from experience, if the auditor’s office allows recording of deeds with multiple parcels?  I understood, through the grapevine, that Jefferson County limited deeds to one legal per deed.  It improves their cash flow!
