[WSBARP] Referral Needed for Oxnard CA Tax Attorney

Listees, I have been contacted by a local financial advisor (local to me) requesting a referral to an tax attorney in CA for his client.  Potential client is selling a strip mall in Oxnard CA and needs to confer with a CA tax/real property attorney who is versed in the taxation of the sale of CA property.  Apparently the buyer wants a partial seller carryback.  Oxnard is west of Los Angeles.
