[WSBARP] Changing Name On Real Property

Listmates:

 

Client purchased a house with BF.  Title is in his name, and her name George
as Trustee of the George Living Trust.  George was clients former married
name.  Client has not changed her name back to her maiden name, Fred.
Client's living trust needs to be restated.  Client wants the trust to be
called the Fred Living Trust.  What do you do with the house title?  Do BF
and client file a "correction" deed changing her name?  In the restated
trust do I again, say Trustor Fred, f.ka. George?
