[WSBARP] C-Corp transfer

Hi All,
My client is the sole owner of a C Corp, and wants to transfer (gift) the business to his two sons.  Is there anything that needs to be filed with the WA Secretary of State or other state entity?  I see the Dept of Revenue Controlling Interest Transfer Return, but it appears that's just for real property.  IS there something I'm missing here?  Any advice would be appreciated
