[WSBARP] Referral: Gifting Real Property In Oregon

I'm looking for a referral for an attorney who can help a (C)lient of mine
who wants to gift two low-value parcels of real property in Christmas
Valley, Oregon to a family member. Self-referrals are fine. I can handle
getting the deed signed and notarized, and I have the vesting deed, but I
don't know the procedures for recording a deed in Oregon, including what,
if any, ancillary documents are necessary, so I'm happy to bring another
attorney on board. Is anyone interested?
