[WSBARP] Paint Color Expert

All:

We are hunting for an expert witness to opine on whether a certain paint color scheme on the exterior of a house in an association fulfills the requirements established by the Association's governing documents.  Has anyone used such an expert or know of a person who has expertise regarding paint colors?  Thanks for the assistance.
