[WSBARP] Request for Referral

I've been asked for the names of attorneys who might be able to help a potential client.
PC lives at apartment complex and was out of town for extended time (3 months) due to death in the family.  While gone, the apartment complex had his vehicle towed without cause and eventually the towing company sold the car at auction.  He is wanting to hold the apartment complex accountable for financial hardship and towing without cause as his vehicle was in assigned spot.  Anticipate that apartment complex will argue that PC had written warning from the towing company, however he was not receiving mail while out of town.
PC is located in Kent, King County.  Anyone interested in talking to this person?
