[WSBARP] Writ of Ejectment - Sheriff wants bond if removing personal property

It could vary by jurisdiction, but in Snohomish the default calculation is twice the value of the subject personal property, with a minimum of $15k.  See attached.

Yes.  We had the client get the bond through a homeowner's insurance company.

An writ of ejectment was issued and given to Sheriff.  Sheriff claims it will require an indemnity bond if we want the personal property removed.  Have any of you run into this?
