[WSBARP] Shared Garage Agreement

Listmates,

 

Neighbors have a shared garage that is split by the boundary line separating
their properties.  One of the neighbors is looking to sell and non-selling
neighbor wants to document the respective rights and duties of the parties
with respect to the garage and have it recorded.  Does anyone have a shared
garage agreement that the would be willing to share as an example?  Thanks.
