[WSBARP] Off Topic Referral Request - Plaintiff's Attorney for claim against Condo HOA

I have seen HOA/COA governing documents written both ways.  Sometimes the association is responsible for limited common elements and sometimes the unit owners are responsible.  I am in Snohomish, but would be happy to help.

I am aware of other condos that require limited common element decks to be maintained and repaired  by the unit owners and I would assume that windows would be the same.

I have a pair of elderly clients, with a proper designated POA, that has a rental condo on Alki.  They are being told that all Limited Common Elements are the responsibility of the unit owners - this includes Decking AND windows.

I have never heard this being done and I need a referral for them that can work with the POA to help represent the interest for my clients.
