I have a client who is need of an attorney and/or other experts that can help them navigate the county. They have property on Coplar Creek. Last spring with the additional rain the creek flooded a huge part of their party. The creak re-routed and was within inches of the home and outbuildings. Apparently, the same thing happened 12 years ago and they were allowed to berm the flood area to keep water back. This time, the county won't allow this action. The most the county has instructed is to seek a geomorphologist.

I will pass on any referrals.
