Subject: [WSBARP] Revocation of Power of Attorney--Formalities Needed?

Hello, Listmates.

I'm supposing this is a basic question, but I don't know the answer. Under RCW RCW 11.125.100, a POA (or the authority of a particular agent) terminates when the principal revokes the POA (and gives the agent notice).

The POA requires a notary or two witnesses to the principals signature. Does a revocation require the same formality?

Best Regards,
