[WSBARP] Ejectment Action - Mason County

I did one of these in a county adjacent to mine during the height of the pandemic.  Decedent's girlfriend continued to live in the home with Decedent's minor daughter.  Decedent's girlfriend (the minor daughters' mother) could not understand that when the house was sold by the estate, the sale proceeds would all go to the minor daughter in trust.  Mother thought that was a bad thing for them.

Messy, yes.  Doable, yes.  Did I have to get a priest?  No, but it would've been useful, I'm sure.
