[WSBARP] 14 Day Notice to Pay or Vacate - 14th day falls into next month?

I'm sure there is an easy answer for this, but its Friday.  In doing the 14
Day Notice to Pay or Vacate, knowing that the 14th day is into the following
month, do I add that month with late fees, or do I just leave that out and
do another notice later?
