[WSBARP] PC with inferior security interest

Good evening,
I'm looking to refer a PC who holds a Deed of Trust on a Seattle property. Creditor with superior security interest is foreclosing and PC would like to hire an attorney to protect her interest in the event that there are surplus funds. Self-referrals preferred. I will forward all to PC.
