Listmates:  PC needs to consider advisability of declaring bankruptcy.  Septic service company owners are trying to retire at the end of this year and a huge expensive claim has arisen.  Extra points for someone close to north Whidbey Island (relatively speaking; being country folks, they would rather not drive to Seattle.)
