[WSBARP] Brief on Prescriptive Easements?

We recently took a parking prescriptive easement case through the court of
appeals. The briefs cover those issues with a lot of detail on the case law
before and after *Gamboa*. The trial court case was King
County 19-2-29463-9 SEA. The Court of Appeals case was No. 82175-0-I. Case
name *Murray v. Polk*.
