[WSBARP] Off Topic - Pleading a Party's name

Pulling from my former litigation days - if you use the common name - I may
just make sure that there is a discovery request that confirms that they
are the intended party. In my past we had even filed against John and Jane
Doe - but then used other information to establish that we are looking for
the owner of the Red 1999 Honda Accord, License #1234XYZ, etc. It may not
be as crystal clear and clean as being able to say their full legal name
from the outset....but it would not be fatal to the case if you had to file
an amended complaint.
