[WSBARP] Dismiss a Probate

If non-intervention powers, prepare the Declaration of Completion of probate and send to all heirs/beneficiaries entitled to notice of closing for any objections within 30 days.
If intervention, set for hearing and do the final report, publish the proper Notice as required by statute.

Subject: [WSBARP] Motion to Dismiss a Probate

Hi Listmates,
I have a probate where the PR wishes to dismiss the matter.  As it turns out, there are no estate assets, and no creditors and just a minor bank account that was held in joint ownership.
Is it as simple as drafting a motion to dismiss prior to completion?  How have you handled something like this?
