Hi Listmates,

I have a probate where the PR wishes to dismiss the matter. As it turns
out, there are no estate assets, and no creditors and just a minor bank
account that was held in joint ownership.

Is it as simple as drafting a motion to dismiss prior to completion? How
have you handled something like this?

Thanks in advance for comments.
