[WSBARP] Referral for help with mortgage company

Hello everyone: A very nice lady on Whidbey Island needs assistance with some problems with her mortgage. Apparently her loan was transferred/sold to another mortgage company and a number of problems have occurred --   her 2022 property taxes have been paid twice, her monthly mortgage payments have doubled in amount, and a number of other issues. She has tried unsuccessfully to resolve this with the new mortgage company, but could use some guidance. I don’t have the bandwidth at the moment to help her, but hope someone out there does.
