[WSBARP] Creation of 501c3 ?

PC should have no difficulty forming a WA nonprofit corporation, applying 
for an IRS tax number (EIN), then e-submitting an IRS Form 1023-EZ 
(assuming anticipated annual gross revenues don't exceed $50,000). The 
filing fee is $275 and an IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter likely will 
arrive within one or two months. See IRS Publication 557

Be sure to include in the articles of incorporation the language 
recommended in the appendix to Pub. 557.
