[WSBARP] Non-US Citizen Taking Title to Real Property

Colleagues,

PC contacted me about preparing a quit claim deed from parents (who own real property outright) to their two children as JTWROS.  One of the children is a non-US Citizen.  I don’t believe there is a prohibition against a non-US Citizen taking title to real property.  Aside from tax issues, are there any additional considerations I should be aware of?
