Hello everyone:
Form 17 question – if a Personal Representative who is selling a house becomes aware of problems with the house when a prospective buyer completes an inspection, the PR would not need to disclose those issues to a subsequent buyer because the PR is exempt under RCW 64.06.020 from completing form 17, correct? I recall from an earlier discussion that the seller should not receive the inspection, so perhaps this will not even be an issue. The transaction the PR is contemplating is with Redfin if that makes any difference on this question.
Redfin question: Are there any significant pitfalls in a transaction with Redfin which differ from other real estate transactions?
Thanks for your thoughts,
Margaret
