John Livingston in Bellingham has always done a good job for my eviction
referrals, both landlord and tenant: 360-306-8658.

 

For mobile home park issues, there is someone whose name escapes me at the
Bellingham office of Northwest Justice Project:  360-734-8680.  If she is
still there, and if client qualifies for NJP, she would be my first choice.

Client of mine has been served with an eviction notice from her home in mh
park in whatcom county.  I want to refer it to someone in that county who
has experience doing these.  Please refer me to yourself or others.  She
appears to have defenses.
