[WSBARP] Serving and mailing notice where there is no mailing address

Happy Friday all,

We have a client who rented the RV spot on their single family residence and needs to serve notices for an eviction.

The individual is avoiding personal service.  Our intent is to post and mail the notices.  However, they have no mailing address.  Can we mail it to the landlord across the street and have them drop it off at the RV steps? Is there some other process that will work?
