John,
In my case, clients home is in trust, but no trust agreement can be found,
not even a copy or certificate. How can client make an insurable transfer?
Jeff Davis.

wherein that is the vesting deed I would require that I be provided the
trust agreement for review. If John Smith were the Trustor and Trustee of a
trust agreement dated that day I would be inclined to insure.
Which is not to say it is better practice to name the trust completely.

Dear All:
[names are changed to protect the innocent.]
Quitclaim Deed purports to convey from "John Smith" to "John Smith, trustee,
U.D.T., dated May 1, 1994." As shown on the Quitclaim Deed, the Grantee
does not contain the name of the trust itself.
Is that a problem?
